MayaLogic booking-page SMS consent flow
This page documents the public opt-in flow used for MayaLogic appointment reminders, booking confirmations, and customer service updates. The live booking flow is available at https://www.mayalogic.us/booking/.
How users opt in
- The user opens the public booking page.
- The user selects a service, provider, and appointment time.
- The user enters their contact information, including phone number.
- The user must check an unchecked SMS consent checkbox before continuing.
- The checkbox disclosure includes message frequency, message and data rates, STOP/HELP instructions, and links to the Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.
